This person is incharge of the general strategic decisions, control and supervices the whole organization. This individual must choose the personell, makes the payment of payroll, must be aware of the financial informs, its also the one that is incharge of the advertasing.

The person that would be in this job must have a college degree and a real expirience in managing a company or a bussines.
Salary: $1´000.000
Span of control: 1 Person
Operative Coordinator:

The person in this task, is the one that has the direct communication with costumers, he/she must organize and assign the services to each costumer and to each car-washer. It takes the clients data and gives them the appoinment of the delivery service. Then assign the car-washer and gives him/her all the information of the service.

The individual at this job must be friendly,an very organized person, must have a lot of patience, be bilingual and at least graduated from school.
Salary: Minimun wage ($644.350.000)
Span of control: 3 People
Car - Washer:

This person is incharge of performing the delivery service car wash. They should be punctual in order to carry out the appointment and satisfy the customer with a high quality service. They also have to be respectful with the customers at every moment.

The people that take this job must have experience in washing cars and it has an especial requirment, they must have a motorcycle for their transportation at work. (we must provide money for the oil and a subsidy of maintenance for it).
Salary: 20% of each washed car
