Process:

The white wiper will be used with lavaseco after that, the car wash will clean i,.After this the whole interior of the car will be cleaned as rugs, chairs and the main interior parts of the car.
Finally the glasses will be wash by a blue rag doing an efficient and effective wash and with that our clients will be satisfied.Finally the client will have to fill a form. ( The form is in the part of controling)
Capacity:
General manager will be in charge of taking the decisions based on the reports of the daily income that will be done weekly, for with this to plan new ways to create income and as making the business more effective, all the information that the manager will give will be sustained by means of Excel.
Inventory:
It is composed by all those elements that are necessary for the service which are the materials, the management weekly will do accounts of the materials that were consumed weekly to do the average of necessary use, by means of this he will if the innovative product that we use fulfills the expectations of the clients and if it is necessary to realize a change, the manager will informing it.
Workforce:
