Controlling 

In our company we want to assure that all the activities that we perform are being done with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, so we can satisfy and fulfill the needs and expectations of our customers.

 

Thats why in our company we need to establish performance standards, so we can control that the activities are being done in the most efficient way, we need to measure individual performance and take corrective actions if we need to do so. First of all, we focus on the control of the key areas that are indispensable in our company such as:

  • Financial Control: The finance and accounting area is a vital area for our company, so we have to keep it in control so the company can move on without any difficulties. In our financial control, we’re going to take in count the following aspects to assure our accountability effectiveness:

 

  1. Manager will check the earnings of each day, making assurnce there is the same amount of money comparing to the amount of sales (cars washed each day).

  2. We will check every year with an external accontant the balance sheet and the income statement.

 

 

4 BASIC STEPS

 

1.Establishing performance standards :

 

The manager is in charge of the strategy evaluation in general to ensure that current operations conform to planned operations in the next way:

 

1. Monthly minimum to sell 100 packages of service, hereby to be able to have a % of the earnings for the investment them in the business or technology

2. Every 6 months we will add new services for every kind of vehicle with the purpose of innovate our business

 

3. Obtain annually at least 2 contracts with companies of vehicles of transport that are interested in our business

5. Sell monthly 2 services of complete plan to our clients who imply the permanency and the best service.

 

 

2. Individual Measuring and organizational performance:
 

The organization possess a personnel of few individuals, but they are totally qualified for bring the necessary services to our clients, in the following way our organization will measure and the individual and organizational performance:


1. The information of each client is going to be taken at the end of every month with the regard of each car washer that attend our customers to see if it’s necessary to train

 

2. At the end of every year car wash delivery service will get all the results of production in the company with the purpose to analyze which are the major deficiencies in our business to strengthen them

 

3. Current Comparing performance to planned performance standards:

 

At the end of every semester of work a meeting was realized by the manager and the whole organization to compare the whole part of earnings that were obtained against the aims that were planned long-term and short-term.

 

 

4.Taking corrective actions:

 

For the advance of our company is really important to correct the problems that generated lost as faults in the environment, we decided that the solution of the problems it is important to use one a rain of ideas incorporating into the whole personnel of the organization, later the manager will take the decisions results with the implementation of a cycle of the PHVA for the solution of the problem.
