The External Force Evaluation is a matrix in which we identify between 15 to 20 opportunities and threats and you give them a value between 0.0 to 1.0 being 0.0 a very low score and 1.0 the highest, you do this with every single item. This is used to know how competitive is the organization, if the total score is below 2.5, it means that the organization is not being very competitive, if it is above 2.5 the company is competitive.
