According to the results of the surveys que can clearly identify the types of customers and their necessities we will attend.
First of all, the service would be for any kind of person who has a car, clearly it’s a person with limited time or limited possibilities of transportation at the city. We will be working at the north part of the city, according to the survey the most needed part is from Calle 100 to 140, at that zone, in general the socio-economic strata are 3,4,5,6 it means they would have sufficient income. We also find that people prefer weekends for washing its car and the majority wash their car twice a month, so we need to offer an excellent service so the customer must create loyalty and we may have a lot of work and clients every day.
In the results of the surveys many people were agree that they are willing to spend approximately between $25.000 and $30.000 which give us an idea of who much the price of our products will be.
One the other side we notice that this service isn’t common, because the 70% of the interviewed population doesn’t know about any delivery car washer. This would be a very important advantage; it shows this service really new in the city or the other organizations don’t have a good advertising so the customers can know them.
